• With PayPal payment processor to complete transactions securely. PayPal handles all payment card information according to their privacy policy
• When required by law or to protect our rights
• With your explicit consent
• We never store or have access to your credit card or payment card details
• Publicly: a player's chosen display name, tier/division, rank points and match statistics are visible on the public leaderboard and to other members within their teams. Your real name and phone number are never shown publicly.
• We may share your full name and phone number with sports academies and clubs so they can identify and reach out to promising players about trials, training, or membership opportunities. By using SportSpot you consent to this potential sharing.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. SportSpot does not store, process, or have access to your credit card information. Payment transactions are handled entirely by PayPal according to their security standards and privacy policy. We only receive confirmation of successful payments.
